I had study for 4 hours since just now around 10PM till 2AM.
I wasted my time away studying everything for WHOLE chapter 1 & 2!
I shall only focus on those MAIN tips now! LOL!

from just now till now, only a little get into my brain. ):

Anyway, I DONT LIKE ORGANIZATION!
IT'S YUCK!
organizing is the process of creating organizational goals!
Organization function is. hmmm. -I FORGOT!-

Nevermind, those are no included in the TIPS!
what i rememeber for organization is the part on departmentalization.

Departmentalization: jobs are groups to accomplished organizational goals.
There's five of it.

1. function: grouping jobs by function.
advantages: - coordination within the function area && in-depth specialization
disadvantages: - poor communication across the function area && limited view of organizational goals.
2. product: grouping jobs by product line.
advantages: - closer to customers && manager can expert in their industy
disadvantages: - duplication of function && limited view of organizational goals.
3. geography: grouping jobs based on geography
advantages: - serve the needs of unqiue geographic market better && more effective & efficient of handling of special regional issue that arise
disadvantages: - can feel isolated from other organizational area
4. process: grouping jobs based on customer flow or product
advantages: - utilize special skill && more efficient to work flow flow of activitied
disadvantages: - duplication of function && limited view of organizational goals. can only use in certain type of products
5. customer: grouping jobs based on common customer
advantages: - customers' needs & wants can be met by specialists.
disadvantages: - duplication of function && limited view of organizational goals.
